SEEMLESS ANNOUNCE NORTH AMERICAN TOUR WITH IN FLAMES, THE SWORD
Hard-hitting Massachusetts quartet SEEMLESS have announced North American tour dates alongside Swedish metal titans IN FLAMES. SEEMLESS has been added as special guests on the IN FLAMES tour, which will kick off on December 5 in Norfolk, VA. THE SWORD and Lacuna Coil will also appear as support on the much-talked about package tour.
SEEMLESS, who continue to tour in support of their critically acclaimed new album “What Have We Become”, announce the tour with IN FLAMES fresh off a highly successful jaunt alongside Trivium. On the topic of the forthcoming tour, SEEMLESS drummer Derek Kerswill states, “All of us in SEEMLESS are big IN FLAMES fans, so this is a huge blessing to us. Coming off the Trivium tour, which included some of the greatest shows we’ve ever played, it looks as if this In Flames tour will be even bigger! And we’re psyched at the fact that our brothers in THE SWORD will be out with us again”, while vocalist Jesse Leach comments, “We are bringin’ the rock ‘n soul metal blues back to the people”.
SEEMLESS’ “What Have We Become” has drawn rave accolades since its September release. The album’s first single, “Cast No Shadow” has been added to radio stations nationwide, while the video, which portrays “inner struggle and the turmoil of weakness” and perfectly captures the band’s high-energy live performance has been made available for online viewing at this location.
SEEMLESS are available for interviews upon request. To speak with the band / request a copy of What Have We Become / attend a live performance, simply contact Carl Schultz at ACTION! “a powerful sound…The Marshall stacks are still cranked” – REVOLVER
“What Have We Become” possesses enough solid rockin’ thunder to have biker bars the world over meeting their pool-cue-air-guitar quota by the time the leadoff track “In My Blood” hits the two-minute mark, with solid Badmotorfinger grooves and Jesse Leach’s soaring Chris Cornell pipes…high octane” – DECIBEL
“real meat-and- potatoes hard rock…rumbling guitar riffs and blues-damaged solos combine with singer Jesse David Leach’s impassioned vocals to power the songs…timeless quality” – HARTFORD COURANT
“there’s no denying that Jesse Leach is a great singer…later-era SOUNDGARDEN, with occasional TOOL and KYUSS-like moments…massive” – BLABBERMOUTH
“thick, 70’s inspired, distorted guitar-based jams” – MTV.com
“SEEMLESS single-handedly make it okay to be accessible in hard rock by never sacrificing soul for mass appeal. “What Have We Become” is the finest example of genuine melodic rock and roll that you’re going to find this year.” – THE AQUARIAN
“bluesy, riffy rock (Think CORROSION OF CONFORMITY or early SOUNDGARDEN)…adventurous…and atmospheric” – BILLBOARD
